HongRu, facilitating your production

Located in Anhui Suma Mechanical Industrial Park, HongRu owns 20000 square meter production base. The main products include wet grinding equipment——horizontal bead mill, basket mill, three roller mill, disperser, planetary mixer, high shear mixer, all kinds of customized vessels, powder loading equipment and packing machines etc. HongRu products have been applied in the production of more than 30 material, such as printing ink, digital inkjet ink, pesticide SC, SL, EW, EC, liquid fertilizer, car paint, emulsion paint, marine paint, ceramic ink, coffee, food additives etc. Three product branches——Mill, Mixer, Auxiliary can fulfill customer’s demand for single machine or complete line production. HongRu grinding mill series can perform 0.5-25micron size range. For any demand of size reduction, HongRu will offer you with the best grinding solution.

Delivery

  • PACKAGE

    Single Machine:

    Sea-worthy packing. Wrapped with anti-abrasion film and packed into plywood case or loaded on plywood pallets.

    Grinding media:

    25KG/Barrel and then the Barrels will be packed into plywood case or plywood pallets.

    Full Container:

    Vessels will be packed onto pallets, the mixing/high shear/high speed motor will be taken off and packed on pallets or plywood case. Parts and lab equipment will be packed into plywood case. Other single equipment will be packed into plywood case.

  • SHIPMENT

    HongRu will help customer to calculate the packing dimension and offer the packing demonstration drawing After packing, HongRu will send all the packing details, including packing pictures, packing list with package name, weight and case no. via email or download link, to allow an easy verification of products. After shippment, HongRu sales manager will make the shipping documents draft and deliver to customers after confirmation.
